Sounds like much ado about not much as I don't think hunting rights would amount to that much in the whole scheme of things. It sounds like the main misunderstanding (and that's all this is, you have done nothing wrong) is that you have looked at things as "your 94" acres and "their 20" acres while they have looked at things as they own 17.5% of 114 acres.

You said things will never be the same between you and your BIL, don't let that be the case. Give things a day or 2 to settle down and then go talk to him and most importantly your sister and try to straighten this out. A few $ and some harsh words are not worth losing family over.
