An important rule, when having a family meeting about estate, and farm family affairs.
The meeting is without inlaws in the room.
A good idea is to divide the land right now, with a proper survey and a deed. And tell sister she
gets to pay half the cost. She will have a fit with that large bill.
Otherwise, buy her out right now, be done with it.
