Have you considered looking at steel clear span building. No issues with rotting posts or sagging doors. Higher wind and snow loads options too. We've built 3 steel buildings since 2008 and am very happy with them. Can't see going back to wood frame ever again. All said and done the price on all of them being very competitive to wood frame building
