We usually open fields the same way. Normally plant 32 endrows so leave the first 8, pick the next eight, then on the corners back up & pick the 8 rows on each side. THat gives you enough room to turn square into the opposit sows. Also gives you room to unload on the go coming back by picking the next set of rows in.
