In my opinion only, the sun set on IH after the 56 series.  I have no interest or use for any IH built after that.  I had ex IH salesman tell me once that IH should have dropped the TA by the 70s.  Funny you mention cabs because that same salesman told me he had close friends go out and buy a JD 30 series just to get the cab.
