They are leading people to believe that farmers are paying more than they receive by omitting the fact that the government pays the biggest portion of the premium. In my book that's deliberately deceptive.
Be that as it may the farm bill has passed and it is what it is. Neither you, I or anyone else here is going to cause change till we begin the farm bill process again. I don't begrudge anyone for using what available in the bill to enhance their business including the parts, like crop insurance, that I strongly dislike as long as that use doesn't include fraud. To do otherwise would be poor business. | |
