mascoutah, IL | Trust me Kookier, I don't windshield scout. Part of my job requires crop scouting. Pod counts are already more than last year with quite a few new blooms coming on. BTW last years beans made a little over 50 for an average. If we can fill the pods we will have some darn good beans. That being said you can go a few miles south or east of here and it is dry. Also about a third of the beans were planted after July 4th. Those have a long way to go. | |
