Eastern, North Carolina | Planting the end-rows first or last depends on what you want to do, personally I have always planted them last no matter what crop; guess that is just how I was raised (Dad grew up planting on rows, so I guess that is why we still plant them last). Also I guess if you have automatic row shutoffs you would need to plant the end-rows first, for them to work properly.
