guess i figured i'd be doing something
else that wouldn't pay me either so i might as well farm.
can't dispute your numbers. the only unknown is not
getting them off in a timely manor. had that happen
one to many times. don't know to many people that would
actually invest that money elsewhere. most would
spend it on other stuff. if they reduced debt that would
be best. most don't with any extra money.
its a tough call for some.
