I've thought about the same thing, but in the end I think a guy may be better off finding a cheap Trailer house and building a two stall garage, then when you build a house in the future you can move the trailer and build a two stall attached and have 4 garage stalls instead of three and not have to worry about trying to add on to something and "make it work"
