You are right need a small window in BR2 and 1 larger in LR don't like where Bath is but if moved by BRs door would open facing LR or DR don't like that and more plumbing, full dormer would be able to move wall between BRs, 10 X 10 is small and tight, I know because I have one, good thing it is #3, only room for double bed and small chest.
