Central, mn | 23 yrs old, that was just the basic plan I found for a layout. I agree on moving the bathroom. I had not thought of sealing off the upstairs for when the door opens down below.
Would be my 2 yr old daughter and gf at this time. Hoping for 5 yrs out of this setup without us going insane living above, money is tight but I thought this might be a somewhat economical way to get by for a while.
Any other ideas? Totally new to construction. | |
