Think outside the box.
Can you make money growing wheat?
Maybe a 4-year rotation: corn - Full-season soybeans - wheat/double-crop beans (or wheat / cover crop) - full-season soybeans.
I know of a guy who grows full-season soybeans- wheat/double-crop soybeans, and then back to full-season beans. 3 crops in 2 years. No corn grown in his rotation.
Again, think outside the box. Do what works for you.
