You know what you want better than I do, but don't assume fiberglass means poor appearance. I have been involved in boat building for years, and some of the nicest projects out there are fiberglass. It's all in how well you finish the job, That said, if you need solid plastic, the nicest finish you can get from sheet goods will be HDPE with the panels cut in a sheet metal shear.
