I am only looking for 4 fenders for now and am looking do it fairly cheaply. I think that any sort of mold is out until the project turns into my 'Million Dollar Idea' Right now I am hoping to balance price and quality- I want to do it fairly cheaply. I may need to go to a softer, more pliable plastic to accomplish this.
I was looking at similar welders to the one Sprocket pictured. It is the route I was thinking I would eventually go. Whether I do it myself or have someone else do it is the question.
