| You might find a tube, like a non corrugated main tile or culvert or bucket to cut the curved part from. Plastic welding is a lot like gas welding, just you have a puddle of melted plastic that doesn't glow. Most plastic cements like for plumbing are more solvent than adhesive depending on dissolving the adjacent plastics and welding them that way. They tend to need some overlap for strength, like plumbing fittings. Metal fenders like those available from Northern or Redneck seem to last well if painted with Rustoleum and need no further fabrication.
