I might look at going to a salvage yard and getting a whole rear end and replacing that. A low mile rearend would be pretty easy to change, and then EVERY thing is newer. I had an old 150 that the case was bent enough the side gears would wear out every so often. Got a good one from the salvage yard and never did touch it again.
