I guess your on the Elk river, bigger water equals more people. Not always a good thing. I'm with ya on the money side of this, it's just a little scary on a small farm to lay out that kind of dough. It could be the best thing we ever did or could close out our farming career if it's the wrong move. I don't have any rich family that's gonna leave me an inheritance so I gotta watch what I do.
