SC Minnesota
Just don't hope that he is organic and dead set against chemicals like my neighbor. I "dinged" a few potatoes and his row of lettuce. I offered to replace any plants that were damaged and help him out. All I got was an ear full of how he wants to keep his soil chemical free and that I destroyed his years of work to get it the way it is. In his mind his soil was damaged for years. There was nothing I could do or pay to ease his concerns. The garden was on the fence line and up wind from the direction of the wind ( don't know it was swirling there or what caused it to head that way).
