Well for starters you need to give the calf clostrum instead of milk replacer, and you can give her a shot of oxytocin but I haven't had alot of luck doing this though. Although some times their milk is slow to come in. Is her bag ok? How do the teats fell? A few years back I had problems with several hiefers that had mastatis apparently when they were still on their moms and it ruint there udders. On those heifers their teats felt like they had rope inside of them.
