How do you guys hold grain for long periods?

Kansas is not in the north either, but it's been working here for twenty years or better regardless of vi's claims that it won't. 

 

I've never seen a situation yet where you had to keep grain longer then a year without the opportunity to refreeze it.  Funny how winter always seems to come back.    

Wheat is the problem child.....it's a real challenge to get it from harvest to winter.  Once you make it to winter, it isn't much different then any other grain.
