Southeast IN. | I think I would rather be payed salery than be hourly. I have never worked salery but in the right situation I think I would be good. I don't like keeping track of hours. In the right job I would be fine with working more because you are working to better the farm and in turn better your own situation. I think Old Pokey was spot on about the open communication. I think there has to be scheduled set down revues. There has to be open conversation about what is working and what isn't. Don't forget to talk about what the employee is doing well and give a pat on the back. It goes a long way! | |
