I was wondering what the average pay for a farmhand was. I pay my 2 guys $14.00 per hr. and I provide health ins. (it isn't the greatest) and at the end of the year I usually give a bonus depending on how the year was. Both of my employees have been with me for 2 years. Just wondering what the average was.
