sw ontario | Even a few weeks ago you could get a pig or beef killed and cut/wrap on a couple weeks notice ,now its 2021 for pork and next spring for beef , IDK if its because of game season or what as for pork/beef its sure no financial deal with what they charge for processing now.....
Every spring families will buy a couple pigs for there kids and now they have no place to take them , My friend who sells a few weaners told them 'better learn how to butcher'....
They probably feel like we did in spring when pigs keep growing and packers had no kill spaces | |
