NWIA | Just finished 30 days on the Keto diet. Lost 25 lbs and have reached my target weight. Now I would like to indulge a little bit but don’t want to put the weight right back on. Sweet corn season is almost here and I would like an occasional ice cream cone. How much sugar and carbs are too much. My wife still has not meet her goal yet so she will still be following the Keto diet and myself also by default but want to sprinkle in some forbidden foods. | |
