Zabcikville, TX | I usually only eat once a day, at supper time. No breakfast, no dinner, just supper. I guess it started when I drove a truck full-time (15-20 years ago). When I eat, I get sleepy........that's a bad way to drive a truck. During planting or harvest, I may eat a lunchable or a sandwich. But the rest of the year, I only eat once a day, when I get home. Except for smoking, the Doc says I'm pretty healthy, I just don't get hungry throughout the day anymore. So I don't eat, stay hydrated, but don't eat. Turned 44 last November. 5'10", about 190lbs weight fluctuates, like most farmers does. Working hard in the heat, get down to 185 or so. Winter, can get up to 200. Have NEVER weighed more than about 205-207. So, not unhealthy, but not a marathon runner either. | |
