SW MN | Our town has about 4200 people and is been steadily loosing people. The City Counsel wants to Zone 2 miles around the city for a no new livestock expansion. What are other small towns have for set backs? Currently their is a 1 mile setback. 90% of our 800 acres within 2 miles of city limits. I am currently building a 2400hd wean-to-finish barn 1.25 mile form city limits and getting a lot a flack from the city. I would like to build more someday in same location because it meets all setbacks right now. Is there anything I can do to stop this?
