sw ontario | My retired Dr. says one of the worst diets (not to lose weight,but foe health) is eating out, especiaaly fast foods/grease/salt.
Been mentioned on NAT lately about big shortage of food server workers, Detroit radio station was doing a segment on food worker shortage and big wait times or some places closed with signs'nobody showed up for work'
They had a lot of different comments but nobody mentioned just too cook/eat at home.
My late Father once said 'I can get a better meal at home than any food place'....I thought he was just cheap then , now I have to agree and we get it for about 25% of the cost. | |
