I'd never heard of one before.  Saw it in the meat case and I think I'd like to try it.

I have doubts that my grill would ever get it cooked.  Would it work to grill it on both sides to get the color and flavor and then put it in the oven for a while?  If I put it in the oven what temperature and approximately how long?
