oregon		I have not been on a river cruise. Mostly it is barge traffic and recreational stuff going on.

Normally it should be raining a bunch west of The Dalles but we might headed for another dry winter.

I'll ask my SIL in Des Moines how weather here compares to there. She grew up here and now works over there.
