| We had a high school kid help us a few years back for 2 years. He had zero experience and he was great. We trained him how to do everything the way we wanted, he didn’t show up “knowing how it’s done”. He had a hell of a work ethic too. You might have better luck ditching the “work this many hours” part. If you find someone you like, give him the hours he wants. If you still need more help then go find more. Just a thought. | |
