Lincoln County. NC | Based on that one article it would seem the oat growers association has a different expectation than what Grain Millers (the company) has experienced in that market since 2015.
When all is said and done the market will dictate what is grown. There are guys out there growing non-GMO crops, not because of their own principles but because of market opportunities.
