SE SD | Are you sure it's going to come down to you vs. your father-in-law? Around here a property manager would be hired and it would be rented to an out-of-state renter for $100 more than what a sane person would pay.
What's the backstory with your father-in-law? Can't you talk to him first? Is he going to be cut-throat against his daughter? She does have half an interest in your financial matters, you know. Open communication within families is usually the only way to get along...unless you are certain they are working against you. | |
