Ripley, Ontario Canada
I aim to have them out before they start calving, and I start calving may 24ish, so turnout about may 15, expect not to feed them til oct 15. I usually put 200 lbs of 19 19 19 and sometimes 100 pounds of urea on in the spring.

This year we had a real dry spell and I did feed the cows for about a month, that is not really normal. In high grass growth times, I move the tumble wheels 2x a day (have to be out checking for calves anyhow). When things are working right, I like to have about 7-10 days between front tumblewheels and the back fence. Need to make sure the 3/4 of the area is not fresh grass or they tram it down when you give them more grass and waste too much.
