My question to an agronomist would be, at what temp do we actually start to see a decline in yield. We know that corn plants are most efficient up to 86 degree AMBIENT. I think people to tend to forget that even though it maybe 86 out with a real feel of 100 that isn’t detrimental to plants. At what point does the efficiency curve start a downward trajectory? Is it 87 or substantially higher? How many days of nighttime temps above 70?
