Illinois | What time of year are most grain farmers not holding stock? Typically in our area it's right now, so as Far as tariffs now is the time. Honestly there really isn't a good time but I would think this is the only window. It stinks it hurts, but I do see it will help in the long run. Jmho
EPA, it is sure a dirty deal, wish we had more attention on this. If Trump would have "helped " with this in a positive way the hurt might not be as bad. We shall see what happens in the next two weeks. Trump is aware, he is mentioning farmers almost every speech, also some things in the works for next week to help farmers. What the devil that means who knows, probably some stupid loan program that will take 18 months to "workout" the details. It appears he hasn't cleaned house yet, obviously it needs done, as referenced in your post.
