Our county seat, Lisbon Ohio, is a village and is trying to "revitalize" it's downtown. There are many empty stores. They hired a "consultant" last year to give them ideas. Not much has changed. They passed a "vacant building code". Salem Ohio is in a similar situation. Here are a few articles about them:
