| This type of thinking is why government keeps getting bigger. Let the owners do what they want. If they want to ask crazy rent, then let them. If they want to let the building sit empty, let them. If your town wants to attract more business, make it easier for people to build. Stop trying to force people to do things by threat of government. This phrase is way over-used, but that thinking is truly "un-American". | |
