I renewed my CDL a month ago.   Walked in with certified birth certificate, my electric bill with my current address, along with my old drivers license.   I was back out the door in 15 minutes, nice looking photo without my glasses too.    Funny thing was, just before I left an older gentleman came in to renew CDL as well.   Didn't have anything to document and kept insisting he never needed it before.   I've got a feeling that gal from DOT gets a lot of those cases.
