Springfield, OH | second piece of ground I bought was 110 acres was offered by a landlord at the time to sell it for 1500 an acre more than I paid for it and rent it back off of him. what a tempting deal for a 22 year old with no money and little land but I didn't take it as the farm was bordering the family homestead. ill just say its the best decision I never made as I would've probably pissed the money away on steel and had nothing left other then rented ground and would've never had enough cash or equity to buy it back I'm just not that disciplined thats what I like about land payments they make me disciplined. | |
