I'm sure rent was less than 275 in 07'.......Still, no matter how you look at it, it was a bad decision. Without seeing the numbers on what he did, it's hard to make a case that it was a bad decision. It was a bad outcome. I have a very tough time believing if he had enough equity in the land sale to greatly reduce his operating line, that he could go broke. This guy just did not have enough working capital, period. Too say the concept has no merit based on this one guys failure is inappropriate.
