SW Ont | I see the lease back/sale different here. I see some older fellows w paid for land. They sell at peak?? And lease back for x? Years and drive on. Best of both worlds, all the money and still farm the land. No kids to Take over so why not... The other situation is younger more aggressive grower leveraging less desirable piece to acquire better land closer to home. Not the game I’m playing but I see where it could work. | |
