What we are talking about is the low liquidity of land vs high liquidity of farming . If you own the land clear or have a high equity and want to sell it or move liquidity into the farming side which is loosing money, I think you have the math backwards here. Keep the farm which has value and quit the farming side. Real estate ownership and farming operations are two different business's.
