Good deal. So did I. 25 years ago sold a piece to my dad to buy a bigger one. Been waiting on another sweetheart ever since.
Not saying that sale/rent backs are not ever done. I am saying that under the circumstances that 4321 presented they are not.
I prefer to buy farms to keep and rent farms to farm. Of course anything is possible and everything is for sale at a price.
