Nebraska aka the boondocks | I didn't say it was working out, only that he would lose two :). If I was running the show I would set a new record for spending. Husker football is a cash cow. Husker fans, are still largely delirious and writing checks. Most still think we just won a title a few years ago. We have to protect that income and the donations, and the only way is to buy the staff we need. Sooner or later the money will dry up and then look out. We still sell out all the games and each set of tickets comes with a donation attached of up to $5000, and that is for stadium seats. But we still have the old contingent that thinks the head coach should be paid 150k like Osborne. The only thing buying is time is that people eat drink live husker football, but that will wear out at some point if we don't win
