What people want, is simply consistency. Just give us the rules to the game. you laid it out nicely. If they are irrelevant than dump them and save the money. This crop slipped and fell on its way out the gate. If I had a model I would have dropped it 3 bushels minimum just for the spring and planting season we had. I bet if you asked the guy in charge of crop conditions report as to the purpose of the report and how you compare ratings from one year to the next, by the time he was done deflecting, talking in circles and reciting methodology you would be ready to drink 50 beers. Which I think is the actual intent, purposeful confusion.
