Top 10 states down-15.3% over last year.
IA, NE, IL down-17% over last year.
So by those numbers if the report on the 10th isn't substantially lower than last year (10 bushel or more) I'd say that there's no reason to even have these ratings, they obviously don't represent the crop as a whole. Sorry to beat a dead horse.
