You will need a paper signed by registered pumper, otherwise a vacuum manure tank and a wheat field you copuld go if you didn't get caught....actually illegal to have barn toilet dump into barn manure storage....then rains a couple of inches and Detroit bypasses all there sxxt....biggest compalaint is do we need a law for everything?
