just a tish NE of central ND | I remember my dad visiting the doctor and doc said dont eat this, dont eat that, and not that, and limit this and limit that......... My dad was a 6 foot man and was in mid 200 most of his life and in very good health.. My dad says, OK DOC , just what should I eat. and the doc replied, You are 84 and it looks like you know what you are doing so Id just keep eating anything you would like.
