I am 76 and have never smoked or drank. I can still bench press 300 lbs and have had two bouts of cancer. One of which I am fighting now. I think smoking will do more damage than a few beers. Trying to cut out more sugar but its tough. Getting old is no fun but beats having dirt thrown in your face.
